    Job Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree or above in Optics, Optoelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related fields. CET-4 or higher in English.
    2. Relevant industry experience in the field of optical passive devices, familiar with manufacturing processes and process design, and capable of solving production issues.
    3. Familiar with standards and specifications for optical passive devices, such as GR-1221, GR-1209, etc.
    4. Strong communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with team members, different departments, as well as suppliers and customers.
    5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to quickly identify issues and provide solutions.
    6. Strong organizational and management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
    7. Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring that process details are thoroughly implemented and process requirements are effectively carried out.
