Job Responsibilities:

2. Proficiency in English as a working language.
3. Preferred candidates with up to three years of international sales experience or project management experience in multinational companies (both domestic and overseas).
4. Proficient in using office software, with strong organizational and coordination skills, and a professional appearance.

1. Conduct technical research on new products, including pre-study of technical solutions and competitor analysis for certain aspects of the technical plan.
2. Responsible for the design and development of new products, including optical design, process design, and experiments, while generating R&D documentation.
3. Develop and produce the process flow for new products, including operation manuals, process requirements, control plans, and equipment lists.
4. Ensure the reliability design of new products, manage the sample delivery process, and provide technical support for mass production.
5. Evaluate and verify new materials and new processes, as well as improve reviews and conduct secondary development.
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree and above, with good English reading and writing skills.
2. At least 1 year of relevant industry experience (exceptional recent graduates may be considered).
3. Major in optics or a related field, with a preference for Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering.
4. Strong communication, teamwork, and self-management skills.
